Seashore Senior Living has an immediate opening for a General Facilities Maintenance technician.

Needs to have the ability to do the following :

• Proficiency in light construction (light mechanical, electrical, landscape, etc)
• General "handyman" skills
• Basic troubleshooting ability
• Getting estimates and supervising 3rd party vendors in maintenance and repairs
• Developing and adhering to maintenance schedules
• General understanding of facilities management

This is a part-time position, needed approximately 3 days per week, but on call in case of emergencies.

Job Type : Part-time

Salary : $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Benefits : Flexible schedule

Schedule : 8 hour shift
