Days : Monday-Friday
Hours : 8a-5p
Pay Rate : $18
Job Description :
The primary responsibility for this position is coordinating and scheduling the activities of the service team. The candidate will assist walk-in customers and take sales orders over
the phone. The candidate will develop competency to provide back-up to other members of the front office staff.
Able to focus and handle a fast-paced environment and shift tasks at a moment’s notice. Positive attitude.
Responsibilities :
Manage scheduling for service division, including printing work orders, processing completed service tickets, and managing interactions with the service techs. Develop competency with the software / scheduling system (Service Auto Pilot).
