A company is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to manage and optimize key business applications.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain configurations, workflows, permissions, and integrations for JIRA, Salesforce, NetSuite, and similar applications
Collect stakeholder requirements and design / implement solutions, coordinating with developers for complex issues
Train and provide guidance on system usage to end users and lead application-related projects
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience required with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Professional certifications in Salesforce, NetSuite, or Atlassian administration preferred
Experience in managing process improvements
Ability to work independently under limited supervision
Significant impact on job area results and operational targets
