💰 Pay Package

  • Total Hourly Pay : $54.46 / hour
  • Taxable (W2) : $18.00 / hour

  • Non-Taxable Stipend : $36.46 / hour
  • Weekly Gross (based on 24 hrs) : $1,307 / week
  • Taxable W2 : $432 / week

  • Stipend (Non-Taxable) : $875 / week
  • Hours per Week : 24

  • Unit : Case Manager / Care Coordinator RN (21 beds)
  • Patient Census : Avg. 15 per day
  • Specialty Mix : Medical / Surgical + short-term rehab patients
  • Interdisciplinary Team : PT, Social Services, Unit Secretary, Interpreter services
  • Charting System : Meditech Expanse | Omnicell
  • 📋 Job Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum 1 year
  • Traveler Experience : First-time travelers accepted
  • Certifications : BLS (AHA required)
  • Ratios : 1 : 21 (day shift)

  • Utilization Review (InterQual, Milliman)
  • Appeals, Denials, Medical Necessity Reviews
  • CMS / Medicare guidelines
