Location : Deaconess Hospital (ICU)

Position Overview :

Deaconess Hospital is seeking a full-time Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Pulmonary and Critical Care team. This weekend option, hourly position involves working three 12-hour shifts (Friday-Sunday), from 6 : 30 PM to 6 : 30 AM. The role offers a sign-on bonus of $30,000, structured as a forgivable loan over the term of the initial 3-year contract.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide critical care services in the ICU at Deaconess Hospital.
Work in a collaborative environment with the Pulmonary and Critical Care team.
Deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients, with a focus on pulmonary and critical care conditions.
No call responsibilities.

Schedule :

Full-time, weekend option : 3 12-hour shifts per week (Friday-Sunday).

Hours : 6 : 30 PM 6 : 30 AM.

Rotating holidays as part of the schedule.

Compensation and Benefits :

Competitive hourly rate.

Sign-on bonus of $30,000, structured as a forgivable loan over a 3-year contract.

Qualifications :

Active license in the State of Indiana (Kentucky license preferred).

Certification by the ANCC / AANP as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or NCCPA as a Physician Assistant (PA).

Experience in critical care or pulmonary care is preferred, but not required.
