General Position Scope :
This role involves performing operational functions within the Credit Administration Department to support credit quality goals. The position also involves developing reports related to credit and loan operations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
- Organize, coordinate, and audit credit files for compliance with relationship thresholds and loan policy requirements, tracking critical exceptions as defined in the Financial Information / Credit Analysis policy.
- Create reports for various departments using Excel, Cognos, and Salesforce, including portfolio analysis, loan reports, and management and Board reports.
- Maintain system accounts as directed by Financial Accounting, EVP / Chief Credit Officer, or executive management.
- Evaluate requests for financial exceptions and waivers from officers / assistants to ensure requirements are met.
- Assist with the annual Federal Home Loan Bank Audit, including documentation, loan data review, and supporting auditors.
- Prepare for the annual FDIC / State Examination by clearing documentation exceptions and coordinating with examiners.
- Support the annual Internal Audit review, maintaining the Credit Administration Walkthrough and responding to requests.
- Monitor loans secured by Wealth Management and WealthPlus accounts per policies.
- Maintain Officer Lending Limits table and Credit Administration documents in SharePoint.
- Review and process Letter of Credit requests, including mailing and imaging letters.
- Coordinate correction of SBFE data transmission issues by liaising with SBFE and bank staff.
- Assist with the nCino loan origination software, including report creation, support, and updates.
- Help prepare the Executive Loan Committee agenda and minutes.
- Research collateral values on the NADA website for dealer requests.
- Monitor the nCino Support inbox and assist users.
- Participate in the bank's High-Performance Rewards Connections program.
- Make referrals to Wealth Management and Mortgage Center.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of bank products, services, policies, and relevant regulations, completing required compliance training.
Position Requirements :
Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 2 years of loan processing / documentation experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.General computer and typing skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to multi-task effectively.BankPlus is an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains a drug-free workplace, performing pre-employment substance testing.
