R&D Strategy Intern

• Support R&D Strategy Initiatives
  
  • Lead review & updates of organizational goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)/ Objectives & Key Results (OKR) development & tracking
  • Support coordination and preparation of business planning (annual, long-term, and updates) for all-HATCI and consolidating team plans
  • Support execution of external research studies (e.g. Central & South America support R&R, competitor strategies, trends & external influences)
  • Support implementation and execution of scenario planning exercises
  
  


• Supplement HATCI R&D Strategy capabilities
  
  • Lead preparation & presentation of business case studies for lessons-learned to apply to HATCI
  
  

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Interface with HATCI engineering teams to inform framework development for KPI/OKR definition
• Support development of business plans at the organization and team level
• Support performing, tracking, summarizing, and presenting risk monitoring and scenario planning activities
• Prepare reports and findings for presentation of focused study results to executive leadership
• Prepare and present targeted case studies to provide employee education and identify lessons learned
• Prepare in-depth report to present meaningful findings on a topic collaboratively identified as beneficial for HATCI's growth

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

• Develop best practice recommendations for KPI and OKR development & tracking
• Support coordination of HATCI business plan development & Q2-3 updates
• Support preparation and delivery of summary report from at least one external research study
• Support preparation and execution of various scenario planning exercises, including internal workshop(s)
• Prepare detailed report on a topic collaboratively identified as beneficial for HATCI's growth

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Student in junior/senior year or within 6 months of graduation
• Valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record
