5x8 - No EPIC needed this location uses paper documentation. 1- Year Experience needed. - Only submit your best with Strong professionalism. - Nursing home experience is needed. 4 workers for - Nights w / EOW - 11 : 00p – 7 : 15p 4 workers for - Evenings w / EOW - 3p-11 : 15p 5 workers for – Days w / EOW - 7a - 3 : 15p INTERVIEWS are IN-PERSON ONLY
