The Opportunity :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hardware Production Technician (experience either Aviation, Communications or Electronics Industries preferred) to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic and mechanical hardware components used in our products. You will work closely with engineers and other production staff to ensure that all components meet quality standards and are produced in an efficient, timely manner.

Responsibilities :

• Mechanically assemble complex electronic systems, including high-quality wire harnesses, test racks, and components, with tasks such as hand soldering and component fabrication within a team or autonomously as tasks dictate.
• Perform validation and testing of various electronic components using equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and test racks, while conducting functional tests, identifying issues, and provide or implement solutions as directed.
• Ensure that all checklists are thoroughly completed, reviewed, and finalized before submitting them to Quality Assurance (QA) for approval.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is :

$78,700 - $165,200
