Job description
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Clinical Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations for home care agencies
Monitor training programs and licensure requirements for nursing staff
Oversee clinical operations and implement productivity standards and KPIs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Active Georgia or multi-state RN license
Prior experience managing clinical staff
Five years of healthcare experience, preferably in home health / home care
Three years of quality / process improvement experience
