Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Radiologic Technologist / Medical Assistant (Rad Tech / MA) to join our pediatric team. This dual-role position offers a unique opportunity to perform both radiologic imaging and clinical support duties, helping deliver the best patient experience possible.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform high-quality X-ray exams according to physician orders and safety protocols

Ensure the safety and comfort of pediatric patients during imaging procedures

Assist providers with rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and documenting in the EMR system

Prepare and administer basic lab tests or point-of-care procedures as directed

Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies in a clean and organized manner

Support front-office and back-office workflows as needed to ensure efficient clinic operations

Adhere to all infection control and radiation safety guidelines

Qualifications :

ARRT Certification (Radiologic Technologist) required

Texas State Radiologic Technologist License (if applicable)

Medical Assistant certification or prior MA experience preferred

Pediatric or urgent care experience highly preferred

CPR / BLS certification required

Strong communication and patient interaction skills

Schedule :

• Full-Time (Monday–Friday)
• May include occasional weekend shifts as needed
