Job description
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the health, performance, and reliability of the ServiceNow platform
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet operational requirements
Provide technical support and issue resolution to ensure minimal disruption to IT services
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of experience in IT support or system administration
Minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow ITSM experience in a development or consulting role
Experience working in an Agile environment with tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps
Demonstrated experience in managing and administering ServiceNow, including platform configuration and technical troubleshooting
