Lickety Split Air, Plumbing & Electric is growing rapidly — and we’re looking for a driven, upbeat Learning & Development Specialist to lead training across our fast-paced home services company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on helping others reach their full potential and loves bringing energy, clarity, and structure to the learning experience.

What You’ll Do

Develop and deliver dynamic training sessions on all company processes and systems

Lead onboarding programs that help new employees feel welcomed, confident, and ready to succeed

Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and enhance performance across all teams

Coach employees and managers to improve communication, service quality, and leadership skills

Maintain and continuously improve training content, tools, and documentation

Model Lickety Split’s high-performance culture through positivity, accountability, and teamwork

What We’re Looking For

✅ Proven experience as a Trainer or Learning & Development Specialist

✅ Background in home services, trades, or construction strongly preferred

✅ Outstanding coaching and facilitation skills — you motivate and inspire every room you enter

✅ Excellent communication, organization, and process-development skills

✅ Energetic, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

✅ Must be based in Jacksonville, FL , or open to relocating
