Manpower is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Pre-Services Clerk to join a dynamic Pre-Service Center team in a hospital environment. This role ensures all administrative and insurance-related requirements are completed prior to patient services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Schedule and pre-register patients using electronic systems.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-certifications and authorizations.
• Coordinate with patients, physicians, and departments to ensure accurate documentation.
• Collect and document co-pays, deductibles, and deposits.
• Maintain accurate patient demographic and billing information.
• Scan and manage insurance cards, IDs, and medical orders.
• Uphold confidentiality and safety standards at all times.
