GENERAL POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for leading, managing, and developing the Account Executives and Inside Sales Representatives within the region. Provides support for regional management as well as ensures all sales activities follow company direction and policies. The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to drive sales growth. A Sales Manager can help to develop customer business relationships. Prioritize and organize daily sales activities and implement policies and structures to ensure sales activities produce maximum lifting and revenue. Ultimately, to ensure sales targets and other Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are exceeded. The Sales Manager is also responsible for reporting weekly regional market updates and account activities to the management. The Sales Manager is always expected to maintain a professional image that best represents HMM.

Additional Details :
The pay range listed for this position is the anticipated starting salary or wage range, and the final offered rate will be based on individual merit and the relative compensation of employees in similar positions. HMM employee benefits include highly subsidized individual and family insurance coverage (medical, dental, and vision), term life and disability insurance, 401(k) employer matching contributions, paid holidays, and up to 10 vacation days and six sick days in the first year.
