The food runners primary responsibility is to deliver fresh, high quality food to guests in a timely and efficient manner. The food runner works closely with the expo to ensure all dishes are plated properly. The food runner also assists with table maintenance and removes used tableware between courses. Typical Hours are 11AM-4PM and 5PM-11PM.

- Ability to work on your feet for up to 10 hours and lift 30 lbs.

- Ability to manage the crisis in a calm and effective manner

Key Responsibilities & Expectations :
Garnishes all dishes accurately, wipes plates, and delivers food to proper seat numbersFollows service standardsResponds appropriately to guest requests and communicates guest requests to server as needed and assists in locating, retrieving, and delivering items requested by guestsFills a support role and enjoys being part of a teamHelps servers pre-busCleans up spilled food, drinks, and broken dishes when necessaryWhen bussing : Clears tables after guests, wipes tables and seats, and sweeps under and around tablesMaintains line and condiment set-up to standardCompletes side work as indicated on side work charts.Attends all scheduled employee meetings and offers suggestions for improvementComplete our short application today!
