HRIS Analyst / Payroll Systems Analyst (Hybrid)

Overview

HRIS Analyst / Payroll Systems Analyst (Hybrid) at NAES. The role provides support to the HRIS function using UKG Pro, Cognos Analytics and Workforce Software Time-Keeping systems. You will join a team of more than 30 HR and Payroll professionals in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment. You'll act as a technical point of contact for payroll systems and assist subject matter experts in ensuring data integrity and testing system changes.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Payroll systems (UKG Pro, Workforce Software Timekeeping), including interfaces
• Configure and modify time-keeping, test changes, and document processes; administer Workforce Software
• Monitor and respond to ServiceNow requests; provide technical assistance and resolve issues independently
• Generate and write reports / queries using Cognos Analytics
• Document HRIS related processes and procedures
• Design and conduct end-user training; create user procedures, guidelines and documentation; train on new releases and HRIS / Payroll changes

Working Conditions

Position is hybrid and based out of the Corporate office in Issaquah, WA. Extended hours may be required due to variable workload and project-specific requirements.

Compensation

Initial compensation : $84,300 - $92,000
