Foreman – Lead Log Home Restoration Projects Across Northern California

As Foreman, you will lead a crew of 4–6 in restoring and refinishing log homes across Northern California. You’ll manage project flow from mobilization to closeout, enforce safety standards, and ensure superior workmanship in staining, blasting, chinking, and sealing.
Responsibilities include :
Leading and supervising crews on restoration projects from start to finishCoordinating site logistics, scheduling, and crew performance to meet timelinesOverseeing media blasting, sanding, staining, sealing, and chinking applicationsTraining and mentoring junior crew members in restoration techniquesMaintaining tools, equipment, and material inventories for upcoming jobsActing as the primary liaison with management, clients, and inspectorsReporting on daily progress and ensuring projects meet budget and quality standardsWhat We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience in log home restoration, painting / staining, or carpentryCrew leadership experience — managing 4 or more employees effectivelyComfort with chainsaws, grinders, sanders, sprayers, and other job-site toolsStrong problem-solving skills — a solutions-oriented mindset is essentialAbility to lift and maneuver heavy materials daily in varied weather conditionsCertifications & Technical Tools
Valid California driver’s license; clean recordBackground check and drug screening requiredOSHA certification a plusSoft Skills & Culture Fit

Location : Northern California projects (including mountain and rural regions)Schedule : 4x10sTravel : Foreman and crew travel 4 days per week. Crews leave Monday mornings for project sites, stay in company-provided lodging during the week, and return home Thursday evenings.Compensation & Perks
