Job descriptionPerform medication reconciliation and manage pharmacy / patient refill requests Conduct patient intake, including health history, allergies, and clean-catch urine instructions Assist with urology-related procedures and set up sterile / aseptic trays Provide telephone triage support as needed Must be local to the Seattle, WA area (reliable transportation required) In-person interview is mandatory Temp-to-perm interest preferred WA State LPN license required at time of submission (no pending license) Willing to float between like units and clinics Education : Graduate of accredited LPN / LVN program Experience : Prior experience in adult outpatient clinic required Urology experience preferred License : Active WA LPN license Certifications : BLS (required) Skills : Phlebotomy Medication reconciliation Telephone triage Urology clinical procedures and patient prep

Job Description Summary
Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with outpatient adult clinic experience to join the Urology team under Providence Health and Services - MSP. This is a local-only , temp-to-perm opportunity. EPIC experience is preferred, and in-person interview is required.
