Seeking a California Contract Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years current experience to assist with General Counsel, Litigation, and Oversight of Human Resources for various clients. Must be a self-starter with excellent writing skills and the ability to complete tasks quickly.
Qualification
- Well-rounded Paralegal who is more than just a boilerplate form filler.
- Certification or associate degree in paralegal studies
- Knowledgeable in the areas of Employment Law, Labor Law, Contracts, and Litigation Prep.
- Experience drafting - Motions, Demand letters, Discovery, Complaints, and also responding to them.
- Skillful in reviewing and modifying contracts, terms and conditions, etc.
- Experience researching case law and providing sound shells for the Attorneys to polish.
- Knowledgeable with filings in CA Courts
- Dynamic personality capable of efficient project management and shifting priorities
