As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned hospital areas, helping to deter security-related incidents, support loss prevention efforts, and provide outstanding assistance to patients, staff, and visitors. Your visible presence will contribute to a positive environment, while maintaining the caring and reliable values that define our team. You will be a key point of contact for those in need, providing guidance and exceptional customer service as you carry out your duties throughout the facility.

What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.

Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and information as needed.

Support Allied Universal in maintaining a welcoming and orderly environment in the healthcare location.

Document all activities and incidents according to site protocols.

Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and local authorities when necessary.

Minimum Requirements :

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must be able to meet hospital requirements regarding vaccinations.

Must be able to assist with morgue duties in a hospital setting.

Must be able to safely restrain individuals as required in a hospital environment.

Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
