Consistent schedule / regular hours available
Hours :
Monday through Friday and weekends available
Early morning (5 : 15 - 7 : 00 a.m.), morning (8 : 00 - 11 : 00 a.m.), and evening (5 : 00 - 7 : 00 p.m.)
Classes include : Freestyle classes
Strength
Cardio dance
Yoga / Balance / Stretching
Les Mills
Water classes
POSITION SUMMARY :
Instructs group classes in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that promotes member wellness and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.
