As a security guard in Detroit, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as healthcare, and more. As a patrol unarmed officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help create a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. Your presence and professionalism will help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. You will play a key role in supporting a caring culture where people come first, working as part of a reliable and innovative team that values integrity and teamwork.

Monday : 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Tuesday : 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

Friday : 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Saturday : 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

Sunday : 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to individuals at the healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and / or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter security-related risks and identify unusual activities.

Communicate and collaborate with facility staff and visitors to help to maintain an orderly environment.

Document incidents and / or unusual occurrences according to established protocols and company guidelines.

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
