Overview
We"re seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team in Southern California as Support Services Technicians. This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-paced organization and gain hands-on experience in patient care, medical skills, and customer service. This role will operate company vehicles, including ambulances, and involve delivering supplies and equipment, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, completing inventory requests, and helping maintain minimum readiness standards. This will be an evening shift position with deployments from Glendale.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and drive company vehicles, including ambulances, throughout Southern California
- Restock satellite vehicles; clean stations and maintain cleanliness of vehicles, property, and equipment
- Deliver supplies and equipment weighing up to 75 pounds to deployment stations, hospitals, or field operations staff
- Perform light maintenance and minor repairs to stations or equipment
- Manage inventory requests and maintain inventory accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance; comply with Employee Policies and Procedures Manual and company rules
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
