Job Summary :

LewisGale Regional Health System is seeking a nurse-practitioner or physician assist to join our busy family medicine practice in Moneta, Virginia.

Qualified Candidates :

  • Nurse practitioner or physician assistant with interest in primary care
  • Outpatient only practice
  • Established patient base
  • Join a busy family medicine physician
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    • About our clinic :

  • Located at The Plaza in the Westlake area of Smith Mountain Lake
  • Onsite consultations and follow-up care through the following specialties : women’s health, cardiology, cardiac electrophysiology, orthopedics, general surgery, and neurosurgery.
  • supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth with all of the specialty providers that come here and collaborate with the PCP
  • Clinical and clerical support staff have over 5 years of experience
  • Ability to have a balanced lifestyle with reasonable call

    • Moneta is located in Bedford county, 25 miles from Roanoke, and north of beautiful Smith Mountain Lake. It offers residents a variety of activities and a tranquil atmosphere. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking on many of the nature trails, or visit Smith Mountain Lake State Park, home to Virginia’s second largest freshwater lake. Although it is located in a rural setting, we are within a few hours drive to Charlotte, NC, Richmond, VA and Washington, DC.
