Job descriptionComplete service requests, preventative maintenance, and repair work efficiently and professionally Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues Support unit turns, inspections, and maintenance of common areas to RISE's high standards Maintain proper documentation of work orders and parts inventory Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members to ensure exceptional service Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed Uphold company safety standards and property appearance at all times Minimum 1 years of maintenance experience in multifamily or luxury residential communities Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair EPA certification preferred ; CPO certification a plus Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork mindset Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
