The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for fostering and maintaining a strategic, long-term partnerships with select key Clients by ensuring continued successful execution to meet their clinical and commercial needs. This individual collaborates closely with the Commercial Key Account Manager and serves as the primary point of contact for management of already established contracts and project / program execution.

This position reports to the Director of Drug Product CMC and is part of the Drug Product Program Management department located in Fargo, ND and will be fully onsite.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Lead Program and Project Execution : Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex programs and projects across strategic client accounts, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
• Cultivate Strategic Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients at all levels, effectively managing conflict and fostering long-term partnerships through proactive communication and collaboration.
• Drive Internal Team Alignment and Development : Serve as the primary liaison for internal project teams, mentoring team members and Associate Project Managers to support their professional growth and ensure high-quality client service.
• Ensure Operational Excellence and Governance : Establish and maintain program governance structures, track project metrics, forecast capacity, and provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Support Business Growth and Continuous Improvement : Contribute to business development efforts by supporting proposal development, contract renewals, and account strategy, while leading initiatives that drive continuous improvement and organizational growth

The essential requirements of the job include :

Ability to travel 25% of the time
