Construction Superintendent

Salary : $95K- $130K (negotiable based on experience)

Salary : Wilmington, NC (or surrounding areas)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee Construction Projects related to ground up projects

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all construction activities on site to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Manage communication between project stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
