Responsible for the daily operational flow of all aspects of the Patient Financial Services Department to ensure timely and accurate billing, follow-up and collection activity to maximize hospital reimbursement while maintaining the philosophy, policies, procedures, goals and budget of the department and Valley Health Systems.
Experience: Four years’ experience in a patient account office of an acute care hospital, including at least one year of experience in a hospital billing department; one year of supervisory experience required
