Have a Master’s in a counseling-related field and looking for meaningful work that supports youth and families? Or are you a seasoned therapist ready for your next impactful role? Either way, Adelphoi invites you to become a vital part of our In-Home Prevention Treatment and Aftercare (IHPTA) program in Franklin and Cumberland Counties, PA.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a $1,500 sign-on bonus to welcome you aboard!

  • ???? What You’ll Do :

    • As a Therapist in our IHPTA program, you’ll :

  • Deliver prevention, intervention, and reintegration services to youth and families.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and agencies to assess needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Travel to homes and community settings to provide hands-on support and guidance.
  • Use evidence-based practices to foster emotional, social, and physical growth.
  • Empower caregivers with skills in parenting, budgeting, home care, and employment.
  • Provide crisis support and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Champion Trauma-Informed Care and represent Adelphoi professionally in meetings and court settings.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support long-term success.

  • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems
  • A valid driver’s license and readiness to travel
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to making a difference
