Salary Range : $90,000 - $105,000 (DOE)

Position Summary :

The Tax Supervisor is a technical expert and departmental leader responsible for overseeing complex business tax engagements, with a primary focus on accurate review, high-level preparation, and strategic tax planning. This role requires advanced knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws as they apply to corporations, partnerships, and S corporations. In addition to delivering high-quality tax work, the Tax Supervisor provides guidance to staff through mentoring and training, and supports client relationships by contributing to planning and consulting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Tax Compliance & Review

• Review business tax returns (1120, 1120S, 1065) prepared by staff (moderate to high complexity)
• Prepare business tax returns of high complexity
• Maintain deep knowledge of current federal and state tax laws
• Ensure compliance with evolving regulations and internal quality standards
