As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff at a premier hotel and resort location. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the property, remain highly visible to provide reassurance, and respond professionally to situations as they arise. What You'll Do :

Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel premises and surrounding areas to help to deter unwanted activity.

Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to help to deter unauthorized access and / or disturbances.

Document and report any security-related incidents, maintenance needs, or unusual activity according to site policies.

Collaborate with hotel staff and guests to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.

Support Allied Universal management and other team members in upholding a secure and welcoming environment for all guests and employees.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
