Martin / Martin, Inc. is looking for an experienced structural engineer to join the Construction Engineering Services group in our Denver, Colorado office. We pride ourselves on our long-standing relationships with clients nationwide, particularly steel fabricators, erectors, manufacturers and other contractors. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role on our team, applying your expertise and sound judgment to evaluate, select, and implement top-notch structural design techniques. This role involves managing projects from early design through construction as well as fostering strong relationships with clients through communication and high-quality engineering work.

Example Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and contractors as primary point of contact throughout the project life cycle.
• Manage and collaborate with engineering and technician staff to produce high-quality projects.
• Act as a mentor and resource for less experienced staff regarding design techniques, software, and code questions.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project work plans, schedules, and design budgets.
• Uphold quality control by checking calculations, drawings and other documents.

Salary Description

$113,000 - $128,000 per year
