Commercial Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join a well-established and reputable insurance agency. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for sales and a proven ability to generate and maintain strong client relationships. As a Commercial Lines Producer, you will focus on networking, prospecting, and cultivating new business opportunities while managing and renewing existing accounts.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary : $50,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to generate new commercial lines business through networking, sales calls, and lead follow-ups.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Quote and manage both new and renewal business.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of client accounts.Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with the best solutions.Utilize Applied Epic software (training provided) to manage client accounts and streamline processes.Qualifications / Requirements
Licensure : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.Experience : Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in an agency or broker setting, with a proven track record of success in generating new business.Skills : Strong sales acumen, self-motivated, and a "hunter" mentality for new business opportunities.Preferred Background : Experience working with middle-market accounts, particularly those with 50-100 employees and premiums averaging $50,000-$60,000.Technical Skills : Familiarity with Applied Epic software is a plus (training will be provided).Location : Candidates based in Nashville or Tennessee are preferred.#LI-JN6
