Mental Health Associate (MHA) - Managed Care Operations

Position Summary

We are seeking a Mental Health Associate to join our Managed Care Operations team. This position is a great fit for someone who is passionate about mental health but prefers a data-driven, back-end case management role over direct patient interaction. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating services and managing data to ensure seamless transitions for our members. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the managed care and behavioral health fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Services : Facilitate the transfer of clients moving from emergency departments or hospitals, linking them with appropriate county services or out-of-network providers.
• Data Management : Accurately enter and compare data in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and other systems.
• Reporting : Track and report on state-mandated requirements, including member movements and warm hand-offs between providers.
• Administrative Support : Perform various administrative and data-related tasks to support the quality care division.
