The Control Algorithms Manager will work as a member of the Electrical / Electronic Systems & Components engineering team at Thermo King, supporting transport refrigeration system development. This role will balance responsibilities between managing direct reports and contributing technically to embedded controls development projects. Additionally, the successful candidate will play a supporting role in strategic planning activities and provide input to ongoing discussions around continuous improvement within the Controls development process. The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of control algorithms and understand how interactions with hardware, software, validation test, and systems engineering teams contribute to a successful product.

Where is the Work :

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week in Minneapolis, MN . Up to 5% travel anticipated

Base Pay Range : $114,000 150,000

Total compensation for this role will include a commission / incentive plan.
