Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Referral Coordinator :

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients and visitors, creating a welcoming environment
• Effectively communicate in a professional and positive manner
• Handle difficult and stressful situations calmly and professionally
• Operate general office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, and telephones
• Organize information or data for easy retrieval and use
• Successfully complete training orientation program(s) and competencies
• Use Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
