About the Opportunity

The Foster Region of Modern Woodmen is actively looking for a Managing Partner to spearhead the continued development and leadership of a team of financial representatives. If you possess a Series 26 (or 24) License (or SIE certification) and harbor a strong desire to lead and foster a team, this role could be an excellent match worth exploring.

  • Ground Floor Opportunity – New offices coming soon in Sacramento, Folsom and Modesto, California as well as Austin and San Antonio, TX.

    • Role of Managing Partner

    As a Managing Partner, you will play a pivotal role in addressing members' financial needs, exemplifying leadership in the community, and spearheading the growth of the local office. Your dedication extends to recruiting, training, and developing financial representatives, contributing to the overall success of the team.

    Qualifications

  • Ability and desire to recruit, train, and develop new financial representatives.
  • Team‑spirited, enthusiastic, and possesses a great attitude when facing challenges.
  • Experience as a former athlete is a bonus.
  • Genuine, authentic, and driven to achieve goals.

    • Required Active Financial Licenses

  • SIE Certification or willingness to quickly obtain.
  • Series 26 (or 24) License or willingness to quickly obtain.
  • Life / Health License or willingness to quickly obtain.
