Description

Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution and delivery of short-term and long-term projects to help PPG’s Industrial Coatings business achieve its growth strategy. This role reports to the Project Management Office Leader and is a member of the Industrial Coatings Strategic Marketing team. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages stakeholder relationships, and uses their strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning :

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities.

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years relevant experience i.e. product management, project management.
