Key Responsibilities :Represent buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents inresidential and commercial real estate transactionsConduct due diligence and review title work; provide title opinions and identify potential title issues.Draft and review closing documents, including contracts, deeds, leases, HUD-1s, Closing Disclosures, and purchase agreements.Work directly with clients, real estate brokers, lenders, and developers to ensure smooth closings.Assist with all phases of real estate transactions : purchases, sales, exchanges, and refinances.Deliver a professional, client-centered experience and address any questions or concerns throughout the process.Review disbursement ledgers and sign checks.Conduct educational sessions or legal classes for real estate professionals and other referral partners.Qualifications :Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice in North Carolinaand in good standing with the NC State Bar.Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple files independently and as part of a team.Demonstrated commitment to client service and professionalism.Preferred (not required) :1–3 years of relevant experiencein real estate transactions.Job Type : Full-time
