Job Summary and Qualifications

The Office Coordinator performs administrative functions in support of the management and operations of the department. This includes interactions with staff, outside agencies, vendors, physicians, corporate / division staff as well as departments within the facility. Unlock the possibilities in your career by joining a team that cares like family. What you will do in this role : Answer the phone and greet visitors. Schedule and coordinate department meetings and events including preparing the agenda and handout packets. Maintain department and / or committee meeting minutes, attendance records and other meeting documents. Submit / approve department invoices and investigate problematic invoices. Keep department and employee files updated and available in accordance with Joint Commission standards. Maintain time and attendance records for the department. Assist with special projects and research. What qualifications you will need : Associate degree or equivalent. Bachelor degree preferred, degree in fitness a plus. Supervisory experience and experience in related health or fitness preferred.
