Shift / Schedule : Part-Time

Days

Overview :

To assist clinic patients to access services and referrals as needed. To follow clinic policies and procedures for all financial and adherence requirements.

Qualifications :

• Education : Master's degree in Social Work.
• Experience : 0-2 years experience in acute care hospital setting preferred.

Preferred Licensure : LMSW or LCSW in the state of Missouri
