Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Thoroughly reviewing and analyzing project plans, specifications, and related documentation to fully understand project requirements.
• Conducting quantity take-offs and preparing detailed cost estimates encompassing labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Soliciting and carefully analyzing subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure the most competitive pricing.
• Working closely with project managers, architects, and team members to uncover value engineering opportunities.
• Drafting and presenting comprehensive, accurate bid proposals to clients.
• Attending pre-bid meetings and site visits as necessary to inform your estimates.
• Staying updated on market trends, pricing, and best practices within the industry.
• Maintaining a detailed understanding of project schedules and deadlines.
