HR Junior Business Partner
Auraria Campus is seeking a one-year term limited (non-classified) HR Junior Business Partner. This position will play a dual role in advancing both human resources technology and employee development initiatives. The Junior HR Business Partner will oversee and optimize HR systems, ensure data integrity, and design innovative learning programs that foster continuous growth across the organization.
Essential job functions include :
- HRIS Analyst :
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the HRIS platform to support HR operations and organizational efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of employee data across systems; generate and analyze reports for leadership decision-making.
- Develop training materials and deliver workshops for HR staff and employees on HRIS functionality, reporting tools, and learning platforms.
- Create dashboards and metrics to monitor HR performance, employee engagement, and training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various departments on digital transformation initiatives, system upgrades, and process improvements.
- Support compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies by maintaining accurate records and reporting capabilities.
- Assist the Director with special projects related to HR technology integration and workforce analytics.
- HR Business Partner :
- Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs aligned with organizational strategy and employee experience.
- Partner with HR leadership to build and deliver targeted learning.
- Provide consultative support to managers and employees on career development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Research and recommend emerging learning methodologies to strengthen organizational development initiatives.
- Assist the Director with special projects related to organizational development and strategic HR initiatives.
Minimum qualifications include :
