Become part of our team as a Telecommunications & Security Systems Engineering Supervisor in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients' business. Join us and you'll have the chance to work on projects including state of the art industrial and commercial facilities. You'll be responsible for providing engineering support on a variety of projects in the pharmaceutical, electronics & data centers, oil & gas, food products, & other industries as well as managing a team of engineering project leads.

With your technical background you will work with multi-disciplinary teams of engineers to provide structured cabling, access control, and CCTV designs for a wide variety of projects. You will work in a team environment alongside other engineers and project managers to solve complex IT & Security solutions in a timely and satisfactory manner. You will work as a lead engineer, managing designers, budgets, progress, and deliverables across multiple projects.

With your managerial background you will help grow and foster the Telecommunications & Security Systems team as well as manage workload, develop estimates, and foster business growth.

Here's what you'll need

• At least 10 years of experience leading structured cabling and security systems designs
• At least 5 years managing telecommunications & security systems engineers, or similar
• RCDD or other BICSI Certifications preferred
• Knowledgeable with structured cabling components including end to end solutions.
• Experience with Security Access Control systems, Card, Readers, CCTV, Airlock / Interlock sequence of operations.

The base salary range for this position is $132,900.00 to $200,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
