Front Desk Representative
The Front Desk Representative provides exceptional customer service via the front desk to establish a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community.
Pay : $17.50 / hr - $19 / hr
Availability : Tuesday-Saturday 4pm-12am
What will I do every day?
- Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community
- Assist residents with requests as needed
- Answer incoming calls
- Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
- Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel
What will I need to be successful in this role?
Bring a smile to work every dayHave excellent customer service skills6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experienceHigh school diploma or GED preferredSenior Living experience a plusHotel experience a plusBasic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including : Microsoft Office applications, internet-based and custom applicationsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as neededWhat's in it for me?
