We're seeking an innovative Senior Product Manager to support innovation and acceleration initiatives across our product portfolio, with some likely focus on AI related features. This hands-on role combines technical expertise with product management execution and a coaching mindset. You'll run sprints with internal teams and start-ups, build prototypes and features with engineering teams, also helping develop business cases and integration roadmaps. This role requires flexibility between hands-on execution with practitioner credibility as well as coaching, facilitation and teaching of colleagues on product management practices, discovery, technical modernisation, and ways of working.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows : The minimum full-time salary range is between $150,000 - $180,000.
