As a Process Engineer at Pregis PolyMask , you'll be at the heart of innovation and operational excellence.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams-from operations and maintenance to quality, engineering, and sales-you'll drive cost-effective solutions that meet the highest quality and engineering standards. You'll take ownership of process safety management (PSM), lead teams to solve complex technical challenges, and champion the development and training of key technicians. Your impact will be felt through new product development, process optimization, and reducing variability to consistently deliver superior products that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities & Duties

Responsibilities & duties include, but are not limited to :

Leadership & Collaboration

• Partner with plant production and maintenance staff to fully understand and support daily activities and new projects.
• Lead implementation of projects through technical expertise and influencing capability.
• Execute and reinforce improvements with strong change management skills.
