This position is responsible for leading sales and expanding services in existing accounts within the BFS division.
Responsibilities :
Expand work in new areas of the client's business through new offerings and services while providing solutions to complex business problems / opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client needs.
Collaborate with internal resources and external network to prioritize and penetrate key accounts; quickly build relationships with key partners to drive business.
Identify key decision makers and develop strategic relationships to drive revenue.
Achieve pipeline, sales, and business development efficiency results that meet or exceed assigned targets.
Respond to RFPs around specific, approved opportunities.
Interact with senior management levels with clients and within Firstsource, determine pursuit strategies, develop client messaging plans and relationships, and apply industry-leading transformation strategies and practices.
Have latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
Operate within large teams and direct specific team sales activities.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of banking offerings and services, financial drivers and constraints, and develop and maintain both industry and customer relationships.
Qualifications :
Minimum 10-15 years of experience which includes strong sales / relationship management and account management experience in the retail banking and lending industry with top tier global delivery service providers. A proven, sales professional with C-Level relationships @ the top 100 banks, nonbanks, and credit unions.
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in direct sales with quota $10M - $20M+ revenues
Experience in one of the following : Consulting Services, Business Process Outsourcing, or Information Technology solutions, services, Fintech, and markets including knowledge of competitive offerings.
Strong stakeholder management with business stakeholders and subject matter experts, able to create and deliver high-impact communication to senior audiences.
Ability to build credibility quickly with new clients; relationship should be developed at the highest level in and across channels, lines of business, and buying centers.
Confirmed experience in prospecting and developing new business, by effectively building prospect lists and strong ability to convert prospects to clients
Proven experience in closing enterprise-wide complex sales solutions, by structuring innovation, integrated solutions that provide business decision makers value and support in achieving their strategic goals
Ability to articulate a strong value proposition of Firstsource's market leading capabilities at the executive level.
Demonstrates presentation / written skills at an executive level; Excellent communicator who is able to formulate, oversee and implement account strategy and articulate the positive financial impact to client organization of partnering with Firstsource.
