Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead Civic and DSA projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project development from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams in the design and execution of Civic and / or DSA projects
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct site visits and oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications
  • Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Implement sustainable design practices in line with LEED standards
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Registered Architect with AIA and NCARB certification preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience within the architecture industry
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD software
  • Experience with DSA and / or civic projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
